


BOXING FITNESS CLASSES
Boxing fitness classes are scheduled every morning and afternoon/evening. Theses classes are tailored to beginner, intermediate and experienced individuals looking to get fit, enhance their fitness or learn a new skill/technique. The classes involves high intensity interval training (HIIT) paired with strength exercises, hand and foot work, followed by boxing skills using the bags or hand pads.

CHILDREN'S CLASSES
We offer children's boxing classes twice a week for children aged 6-12. These classes are held on Wednesday and Friday afternoons and involve discipline, fitness and a lot of boxing fun. The class runs for 45mins.

WOMEN'S ONLY CLASSES
We offer women's only classes one afternoon a week. These classes are run in the same format as our regular scheduled classes. These classes incorporate high intensity interval training (HIIT) paired with strength exercises, hand and foot work, followed by boxing skills using the bags or hand pads.
