Do I need to book?

No need to book, simply turn up to the session you wish to take part in and see our friendly staff at the front counter. The pre-exercise medical form can be downloaded from the website. You can print this and fill it out, or we can provide you with the form to fill out at your first session.

What do I need to bring?

You will need a skipping rope and boxing gloves or bag mits. If you don't have either, no stress these can be borrowed from our gym. We also recommend bringing a water bottle and towel.

What if I have no boxing experience?

No boxing or fitness experience is needed. Our coach Phil is highly experienced in teaching boxing skills and techniques to enhance fitness to individuals of all ages and all fitness levels. The scheduled classes are tailored for all fitness levels and experience so anyone can join in.

What is the age limit for the classes?

Our sessions are inclusive of both adults and children. Children as young as 12 may attend our sessions. However, we also offer children's classes for ages 6 to 12 (Wednesday & Friday afternoons) for the young ones wanting to have a go. 

Do you offer women's only classes?

Yes we offer women's only classes twice a week, one morning session and one afternoon session. For information surrounding days and times please see our timetable.

Do you have student rates?

Yes. Students are offered a discounted casual rate. Please see our prices list for more details.

Some classes run for 1.5 hours, do I need to attend the whole session or can I attend for 1 hour only?

Yes of course. We understand that 1.5 hours can be hard with busy schedules, and therefore understand if members choose only to attend 1 hour.
